Bloom in Astacia was founded by Jinelle Hylton, a woman with a lifelong love for styling, fashion, and beauty. From a young age, she found joy in putting pieces together effortlessly mixing textures, colors, and silhouettes while helping friends and family feel confident in what they wore. But Bloom in Astacia wasn’t born from aesthetics alone ,it was birthed from obedience.
After feeling a divine prompting from the Lord to launch a clothing line, Jinelle wrestled with the call and didn’t move immediately. Then life shifted. A season of pain and heartbreak became the very soil that would birth the brand. What started in brokenness blossomed into beauty.
Bloom in Astacia represents transformation, a reminder that something beautiful can emerge from dry and desolate places. Today, the brand stands as a testimony that what was once painful can bloom into purpose.
Our tagline, “Confidently Wearing You,” speaks to identity. It reflects the journey of being restored, refined, and rooted and boldly showing up as the woman you were created to be.

We offer both bespoke custom pieces and ready-to-wear designs. Our custom garments are thoughtfully created for the woman who desires something different,while our ready-to-wear capsules are globally sourced with a refined and discerning eye.
